DQ 4: Our brain is responsible for our motor functions and we often take it for granted. Damage to parts of the brain that control motor activity can be due to injury or illness.
I'd like to ask the class to engage in an activity. Locate a pair of heavy-duty gloves around your house. Try the gloves on and conduct a series of activities from threading a needle, to picking up change, to zipping a zipper, or writing your name with a pen on a sheet of paper. Describe in a short summary, what activities you did and how they went.
